We are always trying to improve on ways of helping you obtain
and maintain your certification by offering convenience. Your opinions are

Notice
to Instructors and Providers:
Please advise all appropriate students and/or
personnel of the following:
- The hours for
walk-in's for certification, whether new
or renewal, are Tuesdays 2:00 P.M. through
5:00 P.M.
- Walk-ins will be seen on a first come,
first served basis unless they conflict
with someone who has an appointment at that
time.
- Appointments may be scheduled by contacting
our office.
- Applicants are required to provide all
photocopies. We do not provide photocopying
services.
We have found that almost all questions are
answered on our web site in the "
Frequently
Asked Questions
" area. Please advise
your students and personnel of the 24/7 availability
of this information. Simply go to Norcalems.org
and click on the "Get the Certification
FAQs" currently located in the upper
right hand corner of the home page.

Nor-Cal EMS Certification Process
The Nor-Cal EMS certification process is a dynamic process. All of the
forms necessary for the certification process are available
online.
You can help speed the process by applying for your certification or re-certification
online as well as coordinating your classes. Instructors will be able to
post classes and grades. Students will be able to join classes and receive
their grades.
